These terms apply to every offer made by WaveGuard and to every distance contract you enter into with us.

All prices on this website are in euros and include 21% Dutch VAT. Shipping costs are not included in the product price and are shown separately before you complete your order.

Offers are valid while stock lasts. Obvious errors or typos in an offer are not binding on us.

The contract is formed when you complete your order and we confirm it by email. If you do not receive a confirmation, contact us at info@waveguard.nl.

Payments are handled by Stripe. We never receive or store card details. Payment is due at the time of ordering unless expressly agreed otherwise.

We ship to the countries shown at checkout. We deliver within 30 days of your order at the latest, unless a different delivery period was stated in the offer and you agreed to it.

If we cannot deliver within the agreed period we will tell you in good time. You may then cancel the contract free of charge and will be refunded within 14 days.

Risk of damage or loss passes to you when you, or someone you designated, take possession of the product.

You have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving a reason. The period starts the day after you, or someone you designated, received the product.

During this period you may unbox and assess the product as you would in a shop. You are only liable for diminished value if you handled it beyond what was necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning. Opening the packaging therefore does not void your right of withdrawal.

To withdraw, tell us within the period at info@waveguard.nl, or use the model form below. Then return the product within 14 days. The direct cost of returning the goods is yours to bear.

We refund all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs, within 14 days of your notification, using the same means of payment you used. We may withhold the refund until we have received the product back, or until you have shown that you have returned it.

To withdraw from the contract, complete this form and send it to info@waveguard.nl. You only need to do this if you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal.

We deliver a product that conforms to the contract, to the specifications in the offer and to the standards of soundness you may reasonably expect. This is the statutory conformity requirement; it always applies and is not limited by these terms.

If the product does not conform, you are entitled to free repair or replacement. If that is impossible or not done within a reasonable time, you may request a price reduction or cancel the purchase. Report any defect within a reasonable time after discovering it.

WaveGuard is a passive receiver intended as a road-safety aid. It does not replace your own attention, your use of mirrors, or your obligation to obey traffic law. You remain responsible for how you drive.

Rules on the use of receiving equipment differ per country. Check what applies in the country where you use the device.

Our liability is limited to what these terms provide, except in cases of intent or deliberate recklessness on our part, and except where mandatory law provides for broader liability. Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected.

If you have a complaint about our product or service, email info@waveguard.nl. We respond within 2 business days and aim to resolve your complaint within 14 days. If we cannot, we will tell you how long it will take.

Dutch law applies to these terms and to every contract between you and WaveGuard. Mandatory consumer-protection rules in your country of residence continue to apply in full.
